Mr. Nishant Pandey has done his Masters in International Business Management from Bedfordshire University, London. Being youngest director of the company he brings in energetic and fresh insights for the future growth of the company. He leads yechnical team and focuses on project management and executions and also involved in business development and building business relationships.

Mr. Audhesh Pandey, aged 65 years, is holding the position of Independent Director in our Company. Over four decades of extensive expertise in Administration, Labor Law, Legal Affairs, Banking, and Insurance, as well as proficient project execution and a spectrum of interconnected disciplines.

Mr. Mithilaish Dubey, aged 54 years, is holding the position of Independent Director in our Company. He brings a remarkable track record spanning over three decades in Business Development and Marketing.

CS Hema L. Advani is a qualified Company Secretary with over a decade of experience in corporate governance, secretarial and regulatory compliances. She has extensive experience in SEBI, Stock Exchange, MCA and listed company compliances, including Board and General Meetings, corporate actions and regulatory filings.
