He has played a very vital role in the prosperous implementation of Signal & Telecom and City Gas Distribution Projects of our sundry renounced clients.
Mr Niranjan Singh is the Whole Time Director of our Company. Mr Niranjan Singh is a Graduate and has experience of more than 30 years in the field of Infrastructure and Civil Work.
Mr Rajesh Kumar Tiwari is an Independent Director of our Company. He is a Postgraduate (MBA) in Finance and has more than 18 years of experience in the field of Business Development, System Development, SAP Development, Operations Management Skills, Risk Analysis, Finance Controlling, Taxation, Accounts, Costing, Budgeting and Execution of Project in Oil and Gas Sector.
Ms Avni Chouhan is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds the professional qualification of Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She also holds a Post Graduate Degree in Finance and Accounts, she is having deep insight in the area of Corporate Law, Finance and accounts, Corporate Governance and SEBI related matter. She has been practising law and corporate consultant for the last 5 years.
